7 April 2017 (Friday) Penitential Day. 20.00, at the Parish Church of Picinisco CONFESSIONS will be heard.

9 April 2017 (Sunday) on Palm Sunday. - Ore 08.30 Holy Mass with the blessing of Palms at the Church of San Giuseppe. - 10.00 am Blessing of the Palms in Piazza E. Capocci, followed by the procession to the church of San Lorenzo followed by the Solemn Celebration of the Eucharist. - 18.00 The representation of the Living Passion through the old town of Picinisco.

13 to 15 April 2017. Easter Triduum - April 13, 2017: Holy Thursday (Lord's Supper) 19.00 beginning of the celebration of the Eucharist with the "Washing of the Feet", followed by the relocation of the Sacrament to the tomb with Eucharistic Adoration until 24.00 hours.

14 April. 19.00 The solemnities of Good Friday (the Lord's Passion) beginning of the liturgical celebration of the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ conclude with a devout and famous procession, particular to Picinisco. A very personal and spiritual procession begins when a Statue of the Body of Christ leaves San Lorenzo carried by the men of the village, followed by the statue of Our Lady of Sorrows carried by the women of the village. The two statues take different routes around the town, in prayer and hymn, finally uniting in an emotional meeting before returning to the Church.
